What a feisty, fun, caring and committed friend you were, Mimi! Despite having demons to fight, you were always trying to stay positive and look ahead. I can picture you now, sitting watching "Friends", which you always had on a constant loop on your TV, and eating mountains of seaweed sheets and drinking green tea. I remember a hospital visit where all the other patients looked dishevelled but you were in your hospital smock with perfect nails and a Gucci scarf tossed jauntily over your shoulders. Such style!
