Dearest Miriam, i am so so sad. Your death has left me reeling. We hadnt seen each other for years and were not even friends at school. We have got in touch agaon over the last coulpe of years with chats and messages and I just knew you were there and that eventually I would get to HK and you would come to Bali and what a party we would have......I cant express myself today, I am too sad. Dear Miriam, I hope you know how much you meant to so many people and how much joy you brought to so many lives. I will think of you often.........Amanda
