Went round to see Maz when she lived in Kennedy Town around 1997. Got there, knocked and the door swings open. I shout, no answer, so I walk in and have a sit down. The light is on as is the AC. No worries she will have popped out to the shop, will make a brew and put my feet up. Time ticks by....... And by....... And by! No Mazza..... Hmmmm... Went and knocked on the next door neighbours to find out (with some difficulty!) that she had buggered off on holiday for two weeks! She had just packed a bag and walked out the bloody flat!! God knows what the AC bill would have been if I had not popped round! I only found out today and I am totally, totally shocked..... She made my life richer.......
